Compatible Models

OSDEA can solve up to 40 different DEA Models and provides detailed solutions for each of those. The models which OSDEA can solve are as follows:

  • CCR (Charnes Cooper and Rhodes model). Model available in Input and Output oriented versions.
  • BCC (Banker, Charnes & Cooper model). Model available in Input and Output oriented versions.
  • SBM (Slack Based Model – Model developped by Kaoru Tone). Model available in Input & Output oriented as well as Variable, Increasing, Decreasing and Generalised Return To Scale versions.
  • IRS (Increasing Return to Scale – technical efficiency). Available in Input and Output oriented versions.
  • DRS (Decreasing Return to Scale – technical efficiency). Available in Input and Output oriented versions.
  • GRS (Generalised Return to Scale – technical efficiency). Available in Input and Output oriented versions.
  • NC (Non Controllable Model – enabling some variables to be set as non-controllable; i.e. variables on which no slack is allowed). Available in IRS, DRS, GRS and input / output oriented versions.
  • ND (Non Discretionary Model – enabling some variables to be set as non-discretionary; i.e. variables on which slack are allowed but do not impact the score). Available in IRS, DRS, GRS and input / output oriented versions.
